A Taste of Japan: Nagoya

Introducing A Taste of Japan, a new dinner series at Azabu Miami Beach, exploring the flavors of Japan one region at a time.

Our first destination: Nagoya. Inspired by our Executive Chef Yoshitaka Ito’s hometown, this menu highlights iconic Nagoya dishes layered with bold, comforting depth.

Nagoya is located on the Pacific coast in central Honshu, Japan. Home to the historic Nagoya Castle, it has long been a hub of commerce and craftsmanship, shaping a distinct culinary identity rooted in tradition and regional pride.

An optional beverage pairing is available to accompany the menu, featuring selections such as Yamahai Junmai sake and umami-driven beer, curated to complement each course and enhance the overall progression of flavors.
