Enjoying Each Course

Savor Each Piece Promptly

Each piece is served at its ideal temperature and texture. We recommend enjoying it shortly after it is placed before you.

Ginger Cleanses the Palate

Enjoy the pickled ginger between pieces to refresh your palate, rather than as a topping for the nigiri.

Nigiri: Hands or Chopsticks

Nigiri may be enjoyed with either your hands or chopsticks. Choose whichever feels most comfortable.

Trust the Chef’s Seasoning

Each piece is individually seasoned to complement its flavor. Additional soy sauce is generally unnecessary, but our chefs are happy to guide you.
